Delivery
Shipping calculated on order size. Ranging from £2.50 to £4
To reduce our waste, products are made to order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your order (not including shipping).
We use Royal Mail to ship our orders, price calculated at the checkout dependant on order size.
Where possible we use a 48hr Tracked service ship orders otherwise Standard 2nd Class shipping will be used
(dependant on order size and postage paid).
You will be notified when we have dispatched your order.
Standard 2nd Class Postage: Approximately 2 - 3 working days (inc Saturdays).

Custom orders - we will let you know a shipping cost & how long this will take us to process when you contact us.

Whether you're after something simple like a bigger size or you want something completely different, we'd love to help! Getting creative with the needs of our canines is how we've come to be, so to create something completely bespoke just for you, makes us really happy!

Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after your order has arrived. The return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and any item to be returned must be unused. If any item is damaged upon arrival with you, please notify us within 7 days and we will do our best to provide the perfect solution for you.

What size is my dog?
Within the description of each product is a size guide specific to that product, if you need a size that isn't listed, contact us and we'll happily make the perfect size for you or your canine!

Can I put products in the wash?
Abso-friggin'-lutely!
Put simply, yes you can. Everyone knows those paws can be covered in some delightful things sometimes! We aim to make sure all of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees or lower. It's just not practical to be washing things by hand all the time, so we don't. Chuck your product in the wash with your other clothes and it'll be as good as new!

Do you ship to countries outside of the UK?
We currently only ship to the UK, but drop us an email with your area and we'll see what we can do!
